SO... TOTALLY HOOKED ON GOOGIE ARCHITECTURE IT IS BRILL!!! I WANNA RENOVATE MY NANAS BEACH HOUSE IN THIS STYLE. its like 60's meets james bond meets the jetsons! so kitsch but so stylin! it blurs the line between magic kingdom an the real world...its architecture that tells a story... the story goes like this... man left his caves an grass huts an built a modern world. tomorrow he will colonize the rest of the glaaxy however all his achievements an modern science man will never lose touch with the natural world...the continuing link to nature although obvious is expressed using fake rock walls, lush indoor plants, huge glass windows that break down the barrier between outside an inside....i know i know your probably thinkin its nothing like those lil shacks hippies build that are so close to nature.. trust me i know ive been livin in those shacks for the last 6 months... but this is a humourous take on it.. an we all need to live a little lightly!!!
I THINK AFTER THIS TRIP I WILL MOVE UP TO THAT SHACK AN RIP IT ALL UP GOOGIE STYLE!
