Ulrika Kestere's The Girl with the 7 Horses.
i found Ulrika Kestere's photographic essay The Girl with the 7 Horses. on my love for you is wild horses blog I love it! The images, the idea and fairytale story behind it:
Once upon a time there was a girl who had 7 invisible horses. People thought she was crazy and that she in fact had 7 imaginative horses, but this was not the case. When autumn came the girl spent a whole day washing all her clothes. She hung them on a string in her garden to let the gentle autumn sun dry them. Out of nowhere, a terrible storm came and its fiercefull winds grabbed a hold of all her clothes and all seven horses (authors note: since they are invisible they obviously didn't weigh much). The girl was devistated and spent all autumn looking for each horse spread around the country, wrapped in her clothes.
Be sure to stop by Ulrika's blog to see the other 3 horses.
Katharina Grosse's Psychedelic Wonderland.
Mass MOCA is well known for it's larger than life exhibitions. And Katharina Grosse's One Floor Up More Highly is no exception. Although the show closed at the beginning of the month it would be rediculous of me to not post these images...mind-blowing color and scale. one word: LOVE.first spotted on New American Paintings blog.

ok so i have many creepy neighbour stories currently i am listening to my neighbour across the hall screamin here head off. she has prewarned me that she is a counsellor on the psych ward an sometimes she calls them an has to pull them into line on the phone... ahhh i dont think yelling out "YOUR A S**T FACE C**T" is pullin them into line. she has one shoes higher than another an her hairline goes back really far. She waters my plants when i forget to. And one night i came home an she said "your a sagitarius arent you, cos your blunt, likes to keep busy an active and cant get tied down" sooo spoooky. anyway i want to share this artist her lil pics make me giggle well not that much but i just like her style. when i was a kid i always thought i was so shit at drawing but as ive grown up i appreciate my style its a bit rough around the edges but so am i and so i appreciate other artists with a similar naive style...
