I sometimes think the same. I would love to put pause and to keep it like this at some point with love. Sadly it's not possible and things go & go, you have to choose or to stop or to make a decision or you change or things happen or, or , or ... The only think to do is to enjoy it as much as possible when we know how good it is and also that it wont stay likes this forever. Or maybe look for a solution ? I still didn't found one. If you do let me know.
